Who Has Access to Your Data

  • The survey is hosted in-house and your data is stored securely on our own servers.
  • We use Postmarkapp to send emails, which may temporarily process your email address for delivery.
  • We use Google Analytics for website analytics; no personal information is shared with Google.

Lawful Basis for Processing

Your data is processed on the basis of consent (by agreeing to participate in the survey and accepting this policy) and legitimate interests (academic research and organizational improvement).

Data Retention

Personal data (names and email addresses) are retained only as long as necessary to complete the survey, deliver reports, and for any required academic record-keeping.

Survey responses are anonymized immediately after collection and retained for academic research and statistical purposes.
